We support our team members to reach their full potential in an inclusive environment that values diversityAbout the RoleThis role is central to strengthening our longterm engineering capabilityensuring equipment performs at its best and our standards remain consistently high.As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will apply and develop a wide range of engineering skills while utilising modern maintenance methodologies including conditionbased, riskbased, and timebased approaches. You will deliver highquality maintenance activities and provide technical support that enhances safety, reliability and operational performance.What Youll Be DoingOperational Leadership Complete PPM and ensure accurate maintenance records Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues Maintain equipment to manufacturer and industry standards Support equipment installation, upgrades and commissioning Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation Ensure high safety and housekeeping standards at all timesAbout YouEssential Criteria: Engineering apprenticeship (45 years) or equivalent time served experience ONC/HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Strong mechanical & electrical maintenance experience Skilled in welding, fabrication, turning/milling Excellent faultfinding skills and ability to interpret engineering drawings Experience in automated manufacturing environmentsDesirable: FMCG or highautomation background SAP CMMS experience Lean/CI qualifications IOSH/NEBOSHWhat We ValueSafety Loyalty Integrity RespectA proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement.How to ApplyIf you feel that you have the necessary personal and technical skills and more importantly the drive and determination we would like to hear from you, by clicking on the website link Commercial Manager or scan QR code below:-Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to lead a highimpact function at a key manufacturing site within Smurfit Westrock.
