Your role is hands-on, varied, and client-focused, ensuring plans are implemented accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional client service as part of a three-person teamImplement clients financial plans and manage ongoing serviceLiaise with clients via telephone and email; prepare meetings and packsGather, input, and maintain accurate client dataPerform AML checks and maintain compliance recordsProcess applications and Letters of Authority (LOA)Support advisors and paraplanners with administrative and compliance tasksWhat Were Looking For:Minimum 3 years experience as a Financial Planning Administrator or similar role in wealth management/IFA environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable with technology and multiple platforms, including IOExcellent communication and active listening skillsSelf-motivated, organised, and adaptableTeam player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learnDesirable Skills:Awareness of financial services legislation, GDPR, AML, Treating Customers FairlyExperience supporting vulnerable clientsKnowledge of compliance processes and structured financial plan implementationHow to Apply:Submit your CV today!
