Business Development RepresentativeSalary: Circa £28,000 - £34,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (£40,000 OTE) + Private Medical + 9% Pension Contribution + Share SchemeLocation: SunderlandMy client is a technology software and services provider delivering an outsourced professional services solution to the global business community. Owing to sustained growth, and as part of their exciting plans, they are recruiting for a Business Development Representative to support their Business Development function.The RoleCollaborate with Marketing & the Business Development team to identify target accounts for prospectingWork closely with Business Development Managers in the team, with the opportunity to shadow and learn to progress your careerCold calling, relationship building, follow up through e-mails, product demonstrations, proposals, sales negotiations and execution of contractsConsultatively build relationships with prospectsUncover prospects business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunitiesEfficiently and effectively process assigned opportunities into new business salesManage your own pipeline and all work activities, maintaining accurate information and up-to-date forecasts on all prospectsResearch and build new and existing prospect accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, appointment setting)Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to secure new business meetingsThe Person1+ years of experience in a B2B sales with full product training providedPrior experience and knowledge of the software sector would be beneficialExperience of using a consultative, solution-based sales methodologyAbility to develop trust and relationships with prospects, customers and colleaguesExcellent telephone and online presentation skillsStrong desire to be part of a team that delivers our customers breakthrough resultsAlongside their attractive basic and bonus, my client also offers generous unmatched pension contribution, private medical, the ability to buy and sell holidays, EV salary sacrifice, share incentive and share save schemes.The role supports hybrid working with 60/40 office biased and an expectation of more office presence in your first 3 months.GEM Partnership is acting as an employment agency on this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
