This role combines office management, personal assistant support, and front-of-house responsibilities, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering a first-class experience to visitors, staff, and clients.You will be the first point of contact for the business and a trusted support to leadership, playing a key role in keeping operations efficient, professional, and welcoming.Key ResponsibilitiesFront of HouseAct as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and contractorsGreet guests in a warm, professional manner and manage visitor sign-inManage all incoming calls and enquiriesMaintain a tidy, welcoming reception and office environmentOffice ManagementGeneral upkeep of meeting rooms plus full ownership and accountability for room set-ups. Management of room status in meeting rooms at all times, ensuring the room is ready prior to the next booking.
