Marketing Manager UK Remote Perm - £45-50KAre you a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives on building high-performing demand generation engines?Were partnering with a globally recognised performance consultancy that helps enterprise organisations transform their commercial effectiveness. With international clients, award-winning digital platforms, and a strong reputation in the B2B space, theyre now investing further in marketing to accelerate pipeline growth.This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where youll drive integrated demand generation, optimise the marketing tech stack, and work closely with Sales to fuel revenue growth.The OpportunityYoull own the full demand engine from campaign strategy and build through to optimisation, reporting and ROI analysis.Working alongside Sales and senior leadership, youll:Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaignsOperationally lead targeted ABM programmes for key accountsManage lifecycle marketing (nurture, recycle, scoring, routing)Oversee CRM, automation, attribution and data integrityDrive SEO, AI search optimisation (AIO/GEO), web performance and CRODeliver digital events and strategic marketing initiativesThis is not a top-line strategy only role its ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with campaigns, systems, tracking and performance optimisation.What Youll Be DoingOwning integrated campaign runbooks (plan ? build ? QA ? launch ? optimise ? report)Building dashboards across channel, campaign and funnel performanceStrengthening Sales & Marketing alignment (SLA tracking, lead velocity, conversion insight)Managing martech tooling (CRM, automation, email ops, tracking, SEO execution)Supporting account-based marketing plays in collaboration with commercial leadsLeading event delivery and post-event ROI analysisDriving continuous test-and-learn optimisation to improve marketing ROIWhat Were Looking ForStrong hands-on B2B demand generation experienceConfident managing CRM/automation platforms and attributionExperience running multi-channel campaigns (paid, search, social, email, web)Comfortable with data, reporting and insight-led optimisationKnowledge of SEO and AI-driven search visibilityExperience supporting ABM programmes is highly desirableHighly organised, commercially aware and delivery-focusedIf youre looking for a role where marketing genuinely drives revenue and where you can combine strategy, technology and execution this could be a brilliant next step.JBRP1_UKTJ
