Female Healthcare AssistantPay rate: £13.50 per hour flat rateShift pattern:Monday - Sunday, waking nights 22:00pm - 8:30am & Saturday and Sunday days 11:00am - 16:00pmAn Assessment Day for this role will take place on Tuesday 10thMarch2026 that you will be invited to if successful from a 1st stage telephone interview. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen. The day will run between the hours of 9:30am - 17:00pm.Must have requirements:Full UK driver's license and access to your own vehicleExperience with young children with complex needsExperience with Epilepsy and Seizure managementCandidates must be Non-Smokers due to the person we supports requirementsWe are looking for a caring, resilient and active Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Kidderminster to support a young girl who lives with her mum, younger siblings & family dog.This young girl has complex clinical needs, behaviours that may be perceived as challenging, Epilepsy and ADHD and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. They like to be active, love to go swimming, likes to be outside, visiting parks, zoo's and going to the local safari park.What youll be doingAs a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
