Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join their Hereford team. With a growing team of over 30 employees based in Hereford, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service, maintaining long-lasting customer relationships, and creating a supportive, people-first workplace.The RoleThis is a hands-on, office-based position combining executive assistant responsibilities, business administration and ERP order processing within a fast-paced environment.Reception & Communications Answer incoming calls and act as a welcoming first point of contact in a professional and friendly manner, directing them promptly and accurately to the relevant department or individualExecutive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors Manage and facilitate the weekly SLT meeting using Bloom Growth, ensuring meetings run smoothly and to time Accurately record actions and decisions arising from SLT meetings Proactively follow up with team members to ensure actions are completed on time and escalate where necessary Provide general diary and administrative support to senior leaders as required Attend Board meetings and produce clear, accurate minutes and notes Arrange travel, accommodation and other logistics for Directors as required Support Directors with a range of ancillary tasks to ensure they can focus on leading the businessERP & Order Processing Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the company's ERP system Enter customer orders accurately into the system when required Arrange collections and liaise with relevant departments to ensure a smooth return order processWhat We're Looking For A genuine team player who brings positive energy to the workplace and cares about the people around them A can-do attitude - no task is too big or too small Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly when recording minutes and tracking actions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Flexible and adaptable - comfortable switching priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident using Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly (experience with Bloom Growth or an ERP system is a bonus, but not essential) Discreet and professional when handling sensitive or confidential information Previous experience in an administrative, PA or EA role is desirableBenefits: £33,000 salary Uncapped profit share bonus scheme A supportive and friendly team environment A role where your contribution is genuinely valued and noticed The opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and grow within the businessHow to apply for the role:If you have the skills and experience required for this position, click “apply” today and check your inbox for an email providing more information on how to complete your application and provide any other supporting documents.You must be authorised to work in the UK.
