TXM Recruit are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a growing manufacturing business operating across the UK, Europe and Asia.This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative organisation where you will play a key role in supporting business growth, providing financial leadership, and managing finance teams across multiple business units.As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information while ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders and lead a high-performing finance team.Key Responsibilities Management AccountsLead and contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple business unitsEnsure accuracy, completeness and integrity of all financial transactionsContribute to monthly group financial reporting with clear and concise commentaryAnalyse and interpret month-end results, providing insight into variances and key driversBudgeting & ForecastingDevelop and maintain financial forecasting models to support strategic decision-makingReview and update monthly reforecastsLead the annual budgeting processIdentify risks and opportunities aligned to business objectivesSupport new business opportunities with robust financial and manufacturing assumptionsOperations, Reporting & Cost ControlProduce weekly supplier payment runsBuild strong relationships across departments to drive best practice and controlsDevelop and deliver KPI reportingIdentify cost drivers and efficiency improvementsMonitor costs, overheads and inventory valuations to optimise working capitalTeam ManagementOversee day-to-day financial operations including invoicing and transactionsCoach, support and develop finance team membersSet objectives and implement training and development plansGovernance & ComplianceMaintain robust financial controls and proceduresEnsure compliance with financial standards, company policies and audit requirementsCoordinate with auditors and external stakeholders during year-end processesMaintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and ISO 9001 standardsAbout You EssentialQualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)Minimum 3 years PQEProven experience influencing senior leadership as a finance business partnerFinancial leadership experience within a manufacturing and/or parts 'service environmentStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI/reporting toolsConfident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and influencing skillsDesirableExperience implementing accounting software and ERP systemsBackground in a Big 4 or similar environmentExperience using integrated accountancy systems (e.g. Sageline 500)Why Apply?Competitive salary and early Friday finishOpportunity to work in a growing, innovative manufacturing businessHigh-impact role with visibility across senior leadershipStrong focus on professional development and continuous improvementIf you are a qualified Finance Manager looking for a site-based role within a growing manufacturing environment, please apply today or contact TXM Recruit for a confidential discussion.JBRP1_UKTJ
