Robertson Recruitment are looking for a motivated and organised Shift Supervisor to join a manufacturing company. In this role, you will lead and support a team of operators during your shift, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting. Working hours 06:00am - 14:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm Monday to Friday Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to meet production targets. Lead, motivate, and support team members to maintain a positive and productive working environment. Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all times. Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality performance during the shift. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to team members. Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Complete shift reports and communicate updates to the wider operations team. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to organise tasks, prioritise workloads, and solve problems under pressure. Good understanding of health and safety practices. A proactive attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency. Basic computer skills and experience completing operational reports.
