Warehouse Operations Manager Location: Hutton, CM13 1TG (On-site) Salary: 40,000-45,000 per annum Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee multi-site warehouse operations across the UK and the Netherlands. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring consistent standards, and maintaining full health and safety compliance across all locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations across three warehouse sites (UK & Netherlands) Lead and support Warehouse Managers and Team Leaders Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities Ensure full health & safety compliance and audit readiness Maintain accurate reporting and provide performance analysis to senior management Travel to the Netherlands monthly (minimum 5 working days; approx. 25% travel) Requirements Minimum 5 years' warehouse operations management experience At least 2 years' health & safety management experience Proven multi-site management experience Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis Applications will only be considered from candidates meeting the above criteria and travel requirements.
