On behalf of UMG, we are looking for a Merchandise & Tour Operations Coordinator for a 6 Month Day Rate Contract based in London. Please note this will be a hybrid working model. This role will support UK and European Festivals. This is an amazing opportunity where you will work closely with the tour department, finance team, touring staff, and vendors. How you'll CREATE: Assist with forecasts, budgets, projections and with tour team and finance team to evaluate potential PnL impact. Work with tour and production on issuing Purchase Orders. Coordinate and track shipments of finished goods to tour festival locations. Maintain inventory at print locations. Advance festivals with venues and local concession companies. Assist with artist/tour management to coordinate tour logistics, sales reports. Create detailed item lists via Excel Stock Sheets. Review nightly show settlements and confirm net amount due to Bravado. Work with tour warehouses to track and ship inventory. Communicate festival merchandise information to Brand and Touring managers. Submitting response sheets with pricing. Co-ordinating deliveries and collections with festival sites and freight agents. Retrieving sales information and processing on the reporting system. Collate VAT and tax information for the finance department. Bring your VIBE: 3-5 years of experience in tour support and or finance. Detail oriented with strong follow through - able to organize and prioritize multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Suites. Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills. Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Flexible and adaptable; priorities change frequently based on business demands. Effective verbal and written skills. Passion for the live music business.
