Print Operator & Finisher - Tamworth 13.00 per hour | Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 | Temp to Perm Opportunity Are you a detail-driven print professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading specialist in signage and large-format print, is seeking an experienced Print Operator & Finisher to join their busy and creative production team in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects - from eye-catching graphics to high-quality signage - within a fast-paced and supportive environment. What's in it for you? 13.00 per hour Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 Weekly pay - every Friday Ongoing training and development Temp to perm opportunity Friendly and professional team environment Key Responsibilities Operating large-format printers (HP Latex, Mimaki) and RIP software (Onyx) Cutting and finishing signage, graphics, and printed materials Operating and maintaining finishing equipment including laminators, guillotines, and plotters Using cutting tables (Veloblade or Zund) and flatbed printers Performing colour calibration and correction to ensure high-quality output Assisting with vinyl cutting, weeding, and installation where required Maintaining a clean and organised workspace while adhering to health & safety standards About You Proven experience in printing, cutting, and finishing signage/graphics Strong knowledge of large-format printing processes and finishing techniques Understanding of materials, substrates, and adhesives used in signage production Excellent attention to detail and quality control Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Positive team player with great communication skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is desirable Qualification in Graphics, Signage, or Printing is advantageous Benefits of Working with The Best Connection Weekly pay - every Friday Online payslips Pension contribution Ongoing temporary assignment 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata for PAYE, inclusive of statutory holidays) The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
