Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator Location: West Ealing/Northfields Potential earnings of up to 70,000 OTE The ideal candidate will already be an experienced Estate Agency Senior Negotiator, although the company will also look favourably on a candidate who is currently an Assistant Branch Manager / Assistant Sales Manager in an Estate Agency environment and who is capable of generating appraisals, winning instructions and the ability to work independently and manage the Sales and Lettings process. An experienced Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator is required for a local Independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in West Ealing. responsible for running the Sales and Lettings team, encouraging , developing, motivating as well as illustrating the benefits of maintaining relationships with vendors and applicants; capable to work independently and achieve ambitious targets with a proven track record as a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator with Valuations experience; responsible for winning new instructions and closing the deals; well-presented and be a result driven individual with a genuine passion for the property industry excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a busy environment strong organizational abilities and innovative market growth strategies, planning and implementation. A candidate with local knowledge would be ideal.
