The Role You'll be operating as a senior figure within the cost management team's education sector , leading major commissions and acting as a trusted advisor to key clients. You'll be: Leading projects from feasibility through to final account Managing and mentoring junior team members Developing and maintaining key client relationships Supporting business development and contributing to strategic growth Playing a visible role in shaping the future of the Birmingham office This isn't a 'sit back and maintain' role.
