About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be leading a 50m consisting of 186 units which is a combination of houses and low rise flats. They are the Main Contractor on the project and you will be reporting into a Commercial Manager. The majority of projects are traditional build. You will be based on site in Hertfordshire which has 2 and a half years remaining. The company are an award winning developer/contractor who have been in the construction industry for over 25 years with a turnover of over 1bn. They are very busy at the moment with multiple upcoming projects in this region.
