Install Hub Supervisor Engineer North London Salary: 19.50 per hour + managers bonus Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: North East London & surrounding areas About the Role TSM Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK specialist in automatic door systems . Due to continued growth, were looking for an Install Hub Supervisor Engineer to lead a team of installation engineers from the Waltham Hub. Candidates must have previous experience working with automatic doors. Experience with shopfronts or similar products is beneficial, but the key requirement is proven automatic door installation experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, moving into a supervisory role while developing leadership and technical skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the installation engineering team to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety Lead and assist in weekly tier meetings to monitor deadlines and team performance Structure and staff the department with skilled engineers to meet workload demands Maintain audit schedules, including van and stock checks, and conduct spot checks on installations Mentor, train, and provide refresher sessions for engineers, trainees, and apprentices Contribute to ISO Business Management systems and department initiatives Undertake additional tasks as directed by senior management What Were Looking For Proven experience installing automatic doors (essential) Technical knowledge of automatic door systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Organised, analytical, and proactive approach Client-focused, flexible, and motivated IT proficient and confident in reporting and planning systems Potential to lead, mentor, and develop a team Desirable: NVQ in Specialist Occupations (Doors, Gates, Shutters) Experience mentoring colleagues, trainees, or apprentices Experience on live construction sites Benefits 19.50 per hour + managers bonus 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Life assurance scheme Enhanced sick pay Annual salary review Christmas shutdown (half-day ex-gratia on Christmas Eve) Online training and employee benefits portals Employee Assistance Programme Full training and support to develop technical and leadership skills Why This Role?
