What you will do: Provide support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring compliance with Fostering Services National Minimum Standards 2011 and Regulations 2011. Recruit, assess, and support foster carers to ensure safe and high-quality placements for children and young people. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and case files in line with current legislation and organisational policies. Collaborate with local authorities, ensuring the needs of looked-after children are met through well-matched placements. Lead and contribute to training sessions and support groups for foster carers. Undertake out of hours' on-call duties on a rota basis, offering support during crises. Ensure rigorous safeguarding measures are in place, completing risk assessments and necessary documentation.
