Sales Development Representative (SDR) Inside Sales | UK Technology Consultancy | Full-time London based company - FT in Studio Audiovisual (AV) design and installations for live events, film/TV and training facilities. These are the technologies your colleagues will deliver while you run the commercial engine that keeps the pipeline full and the right conversations flowing. Were working with a fast-growing technology consultancy, and the studio is hiring an SDR. Their projects are is interesting and hugely varied, offering you a real range of work to get involved with. What will the Sales Development Representative (SDR) actually be doing? This is an inside sales role with a clear remit. You will own inbound lead response, qualification, quoting, and scheduling. You will coordinate meetings and demos between clients and technical teams. You will keep the CRM accurate and the pipeline moving. SDR - Day to day, this includes Responding to inbound enquiries from web, email, phone, and campaign activity Qualifying prospects on requirements, timelines, budgets, and decision-making structure Preparing and issuing quotations for consultancy services, studio hire, and technology solution Coordinating on-site and off-site meetings and demonstrations with delivery teams Tracking lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline activity Supporting sales forecasting and basic contract administration through to project handover Why Would You Want To Work Here? Performance is measured on response speed, qualification accuracy, meetings booked, quote turnaround, and pipeline contribution. No mystery metrics. What you need to bring Required: B2B inside sales,Sales Development Representative (SDR) sales support, or sales development experience, ideally with hardware/technical sectors Strong written and verbal communication with both commercial and technical contacts Comfortable with CRM systems, quoting tools, and standard office software Organised enough to manage multiple live enquiries without dropping threads Confident following up with clients and progressing opportunities through the pipeline Preferred: Experience selling services or technology solutions rather than physical products Exposure to creative, media, engineering, or technical consultancy environments Familiarity with sales pipelines and lead qualification methodologies Background in studio, production, or technology services Interested in this Sales Development Representative (SDR) opportunity ?
