The UK business is going through a major transformation, pivoting from being almost 100% linear to being digital first, and oursales team needs to reflect that. This role has a focus on digital growth,leveragingan extensive contact list to ensure WBD is a must have partner for media buyers. This personis responsible forrevenue growth across the UK Digital portfolioincluding both sport and entertainmentwith a particular focus on ourYouTube channels,Web and App (video & display)andstreaming.Youllbe a networker with a passion for delivering innovative sales plans for agencies and advertisers.Youllbe responsible forall digital revenues from your assigned agency group and thrive on building relationships that ensure revenue targets are met. Your Role Accountabilities... G rowadvertising revenue across all digital platforms, with a particular focus onYouTube and Web and App (video & display) Lead day to day management across an assigned agency group, accurate and up to date revenue reporting to sales leadership Building andmaintainingan active and up to date pipeline, co-ownership and development of a relevant contact list that includes key contacts within agencies and clients includingdigital,programmatic, AVandplanning Design and lead agency presentations and learning sessions Ensure sales and revenue growth across all digital platforms includingYouTube, digitaldisplay,online video,YouTubeandstreaming Competent pitching data lead sales with a passion for audiences and relevancy Ensures the team deliversaccurateforecasting and reporting of all revenue targets Qualification & Experience... Needs to have strong experience inmedia sales with a thorough understanding of the media landscape Owns a list of relevant industry contacts Is an excellent strategicsalespersonand is talented at developing relationships internally and externally Keeps the sales strategy responsive to market changes, ability to source contacts and open new opportunities The financial ability toaccurateforecast andmaintainan accuratepipeline Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
