This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term progression, with the chance to grow into increased responsibility. Long-term profit share is available for the right candidate.Hourly rate negotiable to experience. Hours & Structure InitiallyMonday and Tuesday only(18 hours per week) Kitchen service times: 12:0015:00 and 17:0021:00 The pub operates 7 days a week, and there is strong potential for additional hours through: Head Chef holiday cover Increased trade Ongoing business growth This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work to start, with the opportunity to expand hours and responsibility over time. The Role Working alongside the Head Chef in a busy, high-end pub kitchen Service of up to 110 covers Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development Supporting daily kitchen operations and maintaining consistency Providing holiday cover for the Head Chef as you progress Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and teamwork What Were Looking For Previous experience as a Sous Chef/strong Junior Sous/Chef de Partie (preferred) Passion for fresh, well-executed food Motivation to develop and progress within a kitchen team Positive, proactive attitude with leadership potential Flexibility, as hours may increase over time Ability to run a light service solo Level 2 Award in Food Safety & Hygiene Whats On Offer 15-18 per hour, negotiable depending on experience Temp-to-perm role with long-term stability Profit share scheme for committed team members Opportunity to grow into senior responsibility Supportive environment within a respected village pub TPBN1_UKTJ
