Catering Team Leader Education Activity Centre Hindhead Salary - 23,370.48 (live on) OR 28,741.20 (live off) The Opportunity A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Catering Team Leader to assist with overseeing a busy catering dining operation at an activity centre for young children and adults. The Role You will ensure that the dining room runs smoothly and efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch and dinner times. You will ensure you, the team of chefs and FOH/catering assistants maintain high standards of cleanliness and monitoring due diligence, working together. Supervisory and leadership of a large team and high volume catering on a daily basis aswell as ensuring the dining area runs smoothly The role is working 5 days out of 7 42 hours per week The ideal applicant We are looking for an experienced Catering Team Leader from a high-volume background, with experience of managing large teams and working within a busy environment. You will have a high attention to detail, ability to organise and communicate is key. We would welcome candidates from the MOD, Contract Catering, large Event and Wedding venues, large busy pub chains and hold the following qualifications An enhanced DBS check is required Management qualifications and proven experience of coaching and mentoring your team TPBN1_UKTJ
