Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across commercial and/or residential sites. Key Responsibilities Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems Fault finding and diagnostics on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment Working on systems including split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, cold rooms, all aspects of refrigeration inc. CO2 and air handling units Ensuring all work complies with current health & safety and F-Gas regulations Completing job reports and service documentation accurately Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism on-site Working independently and as part of a team Participating in an on-call rota (if required) Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning Engineer Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential) Good electrical and mechanical knowledge Ability to fault-find and problem-solve effectively Full UK driving licence Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and manage workload efficiently What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle, tools, and uniform provided Overtime and on-call payments Pension scheme Holiday entitlement plus bank holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive and friendly working environment TPBN1_UKTJ
