Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Advisor to join our client based in Stafford . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and call centre experience. Candidates must be flexible and available to work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis , including weekends. Helpdesk Advisor Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers and drivers regarding delivery queries Support company drivers with issues such as road closures, missing items, and delivery disputes Communicate with customers and drivers regarding failed deliveries Update customer address details accurately when required Provide professional and efficient customer support at all times Helpdesk Advisor Details Location: Stafford Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour Schedule: 5 days out of 7 (rota basis) Operating Hours: Weekdays: 06:00 21:00 Weekends: 06:00 18:00 Helpdesk Advisor Requirements Previous call centre experience Strong customer service skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Basic computer skills Must be well-spoken with a professional telephone manner TPBN1_UKTJ
