Fawkes & Reece are working with a well-established building services contractor who are looking to appoint a Static A/C Engineer on a long-term contract based at a university site in Central London. This is a permanent, site-based role suited to an experienced engineer who prefers the stability of a single location and a professional working environment. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of air conditioning and associated HVAC plant on site. Duties will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance Attending reactive breakdowns and fault finding Servicing VRV/VRF systems, splits, AHUs and FCUs Completing paperwork and compliance documentation Liaising with site management and client representatives The site is well run, and the contract offers consistency and long-term security. Requirements NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent) F-Gas Category 1 (essential) Experience within commercial building maintenance Confident fault-finding ability Professional and client-facing manner Package 48,000 - 50,000 basic salary Vitality private healthcare Up to 2% bonus paid every 6 months Pension Travel allowance Company credit card for business expenses Death in service Company mobile phone 25 days holiday + bank holidays If you are an experienced A/C Engineer looking for a secure static role in Central London, please get in touch.
