The Role What Youll Be Doing As a Field Service Engineer, youll provide front-line engineering support across customer sites, ensuring equipment is: Installed and commissioned correctly Maintained to manufacturer standards Diagnosed and repaired efficiently Supported in line with agreed SLAs Youll work on electrical and mechanical systems , including payment terminals, barriers, ANPR systems, ticketing equipment and associated hardware. Daily responsibilities include: Electrical and mechanical fault finding Installation and commissioning of new equipment First-line customer training on system use Reactive callouts and preventative maintenance Accurate service documentation and reporting Direct liaison with customers on-site Youll report to the Technical Support Manager and play a key role in maintaining service excellence. What Were Looking For We want practical, hands-on engineers with strong diagnostic skills.
