The Opportunity Positions available from Assistant to Director level Established and respected consultancy specialising in neighbourly matters Strong pipeline of confirmed instructions into 2026 and beyond Exposure to both high end residential and complex commercial schemes City of London office location Hybrid working model typically 2 or 3 days per week in the office The team works across a diverse and high quality project portfolio, including prime residential refurbishments, large scale mixed use developments, and complex commercial cut and carve schemes. The variety of work is a consistent highlight, supported by a robust and reliable flow of new instructions. About You Demonstrable experience in Party Wall Surveying is essential Confident advising under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 Strong communication skills and commercial awareness Motivated to develop within a specialist consultancy environment Salary Guide Salary and level will reflect the experience and value you bring to the business. As a guide: Assistant up to 40k Surveyor up to 50k Senior Surveyor up to 65k Associate up to 75k Associate Director up to 90k Director up to 120k Career Progression Progression is merit based and genuinely performance driven.
