What Youll Be Doing: Delivering a first-class customer experience for all members, players, and guests Greeting visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile Managing bookings, handling enquiries, and keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly Supporting daily operations and working closely with the rest of the team Helping grow the local padel community by making every interaction memorable What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a customer service role hospitality, retail, leisure or similar A friendly, confident communicator who knows how to connect with people Calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks without missing the details A team player who brings energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude An interest in padel, sport, or fitness (padel experience is a bonus, not a must!)
