The Role You will be at the heart of family support, providing practical and emotional guidance: - Direct Intervention: Coach parents on life skills and parenting techniques while building emotional resilience in children. - Supervised Contact: Facilitate safe, positive sessions between children in care and their birth families, providing high-quality observational reports. - Multi-Agency Collaboration: Represent the service in Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings and coordinate with schools and health professionals. - Logistical Support: Safely transport children to essential appointments and contact sessions. What You Bring - Experience: A proven track record of working with vulnerable children and families. - Resilience: The ability to handle complex family dynamics with professional composure. - Communication: Excellent report-writing skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. - Logistics: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential for community transport).
