Grounds Maintenance OperativeLocation: LoughboroughHourly Rate: £12.21, changing to £12.71 in AprilContract Type: Permanent, Full timeWorking Hours: Seasonal hours with average of 37 per week: Summer - Mon-Thurs 7:00-16:30, Fri 7:00 - 13:00, Winter - Mon- Thurs 7:30-15:15, Fri OFFAbout the roleWe currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Loughborough, and undertake grounds maintenance tasks throughout the year. You will keep several local sites in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.RequirementsPrevious Grounds Maintenance experience is required.A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential.PA1 and PA6 licenses are preferred, but not essential.Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Why join us?As the UK's leading grounds maintenance and landscape creation provider, no two projects are ever the same - and neither are our people.
