We are looking for a professional skilled Panel Beater to join our successful, progressive Bodyshop in Llangefni.We are very proud to be BS10125 accredited with many manufacture approvals._A competitive Pay will be dependent on experience ._Monday to Friday, plus overtime opportunities.*Main purpose of Job:** To undertake repair work on all makes of motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner, achieving the highest-possible standards of workmanship. * To work effectively within the Bodyshop team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved at all times. * Responsibilities:- Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels using appropriate techniques and tools- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle panels- Replace or repair damaged parts as necessary- Follow schematics and specifications to ensure accurate repairs- Weld and assemble panels to restore the structural integrity of the vehicle- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete repairs- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction,Requirements: - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems. - Experience in panel beating or a related field is required. - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required - Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision. - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions. - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: * Company pension * Employee discount * On-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate: * Llangefni: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience: * Panel Technician: 3 years (preferred)Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) * ATA qualification (required)Work Location: In person
