This partnership brings together Framework, Turning Point, and Double Impact, combining: Frameworks expertise in supporting people with complex needs Turning Points national reputation as an outstanding substance use provider Double Impacts lived-experience-led approach to recovery We are looking for a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker who is genuinely passionate about helping people make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. About the Role As a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker, youll play a vital part in supporting individuals who have been arrested for drug or alcohol-related offences. Working flexibly across the area, you will: Engage people directly in the custody suite, delivering brief interventions and encouraging them into treatment Lead on Out of Court Disposals , delivering between one and six structured sessions (including group and online sessions) designed to prevent escalation in substance use and offending Work closely with an Advanced Practitioner, fellow Recovery Workers, administrators, Police colleagues, and Liaison & Diversion teams Build strong, supportive relationships with clients to help them access the right support at the right time What Were Looking For Were seeking someone who is: A confident and effective communicator Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage a varied caseload Engaging, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting people to change Interested in the Criminal Justice System and motivated to work with offenders in a positive, non-judgemental way Able to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends A full driving licence and access to a car are essential, as is the ability to obtain Police clearance .
