The Best Connection is working with our client based in Boldon Business Park who provide a range of customer services to a range of clients. Due to a new campaign they now require Customer Services Operatives to join their busy team. Their client supplies furniture and accessories. Duties will include: Checking emails daily to answer any enquiries and take orders Dealing with customer complaints and delivery enquiries Inbound and Outbound calls relating to product, quality & delivery queries IT literate as will be using in-house systems Rate of Pay: 12.37 per hour 18.56 per hour after 40 hours Hours of work: Shifts would be predominantly Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm for training for the first 2 weeks then will be working 40 hours including a Saturday or a Sunday 8.30-5pm (with a shift off during the week). The roles are being offered on an ongoing temporary to permanent basis.
