The job you will do: General upkeep and maintenance of the site and surrounding grounds Maintaining cleanliness and safety across all external areas Carrying out minor repairs as required Gardens & Landscaping Ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy and presentable Maintenance of office spaces and all operational areas Basic repairs and preventative maintenance Ensuring a safe and functional working environment Basic maintenance and monitoring of compound areas Supporting HVAC system checks and reporting issues Coordinating with specialist contractors when required Reporting faults or performance issues Interior and exterior painting General decorating and surface preparation Maintaining professional appearance of buildings and offices Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Addressing leaks, blockages, and minor fixture replacements Replacing light fittings and bulbs Minor socket repairs and maintenance Carrying out Yard maintenance work Basic floor repairs and maintenance Ensuring safe, hazard-free surfaces About you: You will have previous facilities or maintenance experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting You will be detail oriented and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment You will be adaptive and flexible to the needs of the business Willing to learn, develop and adapt to a dynamic environment.
