The Role: As Transaction Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager and sales team to maximise finance performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure all processes are compliant, efficient, and delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Supporting and coaching the sales team to achieve finance and insurance targets Driving finance penetration and product performance Ensuring full FCA and compliance adherence Assisting in closing deals and structuring finance packages Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics The Ideal Candidate: Several years experience in a Transaction Manager / Business Manager role within a franchised dealership Strong understanding of F&I processes and compliance A natural leader who enjoys supporting and developing others Target-driven with a commercial mindset Highly organised with excellent communication skills Whats On Offer: 30,000 basic salary Realistic OTE of 56,000 Established brand and stable business Supportive management team Career progression opportunities If you are an experienced automotive professional looking for your next step, we would love to speak with you.
