The position involves maintenance, fault finding, and repair of cooling and temperature control systems across a portfolio of critical and high-profile sites. These include large data centres, nationally important infrastructure, corporate headquarters, and occasional retail environments. The role offers exposure to a wide range of plant and manufacturers, with particular focus on water chillers and associated systems. Service, maintenance, and reactive repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems Working on chillers, CRAC units, AHUs, and associated pump systems Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and control faults Supporting customers across all temperature control and conditioned air systems Producing detailed service reports Participating in a 1-in-6 on-call rota Occasional installation and project work Maintaining a professional approach in critical business environments Requirements Time-served apprenticeship in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Refrigeration (highly desirable) C&G 2079 (F-Gas) certification Experience working with chillers and related systems Hydrocarbon refrigerant experience (desirable) Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems Ability to work independently Professional and customer-focused approach Clear written and verbal communication skills Full UK Driving Licence TPBN1_UKTJ
