This is a hybrid role combining admin, operations, scheduling, and customer coordination ideal for someone who loves variety, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a small, high-energy team.What Youll Own Manage calendars, emails, and day-to-day communication for the leadership team. Coordinate surveys, installation schedules, and customer updates. Keep our CRM, project pipeline, and documentation organised and up to date. Prepare reports, proposals, and internal documents. Support compliance tasks (MCS, DNO applications, warranties, job packs). Liaise with suppliers, track stock, and assist with procurement. Handle general office admin and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Step into new responsibilities as the company grows operations, HR, onboarding, or process improvement.What You Bring Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Experience in admin, operations, or EA roles (construction/renewables a bonus). Confident communicator with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Comfortable with digital tools: CRM systems, spreadsheets, scheduling platforms. A proactive mindset you see problems early and fix them fast.
