About the Role As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service that achieves the best outcomes for children and young people with complex needs. xjdpvnf You will:Hold a protected caseload, working with children and families facing significant challenges, risks, and complexitiesLead on quality assurance, service improvement, and performance activities within your team and across the serviceProvide monthly reflective supervision to Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) and undertake observations of practice (line management remains with Team Managers)Support and mentor Social Work students within the teamThis role is ideal for a resilient, driven professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference and contributing to the continued development of Childrens Services in Gloucestershire.
