Im currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician on behalf of a Managed Service Provider, due to continued growth.If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below. This role offers a fast-paced support environment with opportunities to develop both 1st and 2nd line support skills. Its well suited to an IT Technician with experience in an MSP or a similarly high-volume support setting, looking to broaden their technical exposure while supporting multiple customer environments. Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st and 2nd line support across client networks and end-user environments.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, escalating where appropriate.Deliver clear and professional communication via phone and email.Provide remote support and occasional on-site assistance as required.About You:At least 1 year of experience within an MSP or a demonstrably high-volume, fast-paced support environment.Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments and cloud technologies.Comfortable working across a mix of 1st and 2nd line support tickets.Flexible approach to working hours when required. xjdpvnf Full driving licence & access to your own vehicle.Next Steps: Apply now
