The successful candidate will have proven experience working on structural and architectural steel projects, producing high-quality fabrication work to specification and within deadlines.Key Responsibilities MIG welding mild steel to a high standard Fabricating structural and architectural steelwork from technical drawings Working on items such as beams, columns, staircases, balustrades, frames and bespoke metalwork Measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding and assembling components Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator Strong MIG welding experience (essential) Experience in structural and xjdpvnf architectural steelwork Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual and safety-consciousWhat We Offer Competitive pay up to 20 per hour (DOE) Stable, full-time employment Overtime opportunities Supportive working environment Immediate start available
