Based out of the Basildon Manufacturing Plant.This role is that of an Assembly Fitter on the production team responsible for assembling components of the Vehicles. Training will be provided, this will be largely on the job and you will be paired with a "Buddy" for the first 4 weeks.Roles can include: Carrying out designated assembly tasks repetitively as part of a moving production line Using air, power and hand tools to fit a range of components into Tractor Assemblies Working from assembly drawings and instructions Installation of components into the units along the production linePerson Profile/Experience: Experience doing mechanical tasks or assembly Ability to use xjdpvnf a variety of hand/power/air tools Work safely and with awareness for the safety of others around you Ability to work well with both hand and power tools Ensure that any problems or issues are promptly escalated to the Team Leader Work effectively as part of the team Experience working to instructions - following set out procedures Experience working in a fast-paced environment or production line
