Liverpool Temporary Part Time 12 HoursSummary An excellent opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and organised Scheme Manager to support residents within a homeownership scheme in Liverpool, promoting independence, wellbeing and the delivery of high-quality, safe and value-for-money housing services. THE ROLE As a Scheme Manager, you will be the main point of contact for residents, delivering day-to-day support and ensuring schemes are safe, well-managed and compliant with all relevant standards.Act as the primary contact for residents, providing information, advice and support to promote independent livingAssess individual resident needs and prepare, implement and review tailored support plansLiaise with families, carers and external agencies to ensure holistic support is in placeCoordinate local services to ensure schemes are clean, secure and well maintainedMonitor contractor performance and take appropriate action where standards are not metCarry out health & safety checks, risk assessments and scheme inspectionsSupport local housing teams with administrative duties, resales, income recovery and resident consultationTHE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar scheme-based or housing support role, with a strong understanding of supporting older or vulnerable residents.Experience supporting older people or residents with varying support needsKnowledge of housing management, resident involvement and community care practicesAbility to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesConfident communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skillsCompetent in using IT systems, including basic Microsoft Word, Excel and housing databasesTHE CONTRACT The pay for the role is 16.76 per hour LTD company rate.
