Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector / Quality Technicianto support final product acceptance and in-process quality activities within a production environment.The RoleYou will take ownership of final quality verification and validation activities, ensuring products meet defined inspection and test requirements prior to release. This includes goods-in inspection, in-process checks, and final assembly validation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead final verification and validation inspection and testing (IVT), including packing checksComplete and approve inspection and test reports prior to product releasePerform goods-in, in-process, and final inspection activitiesManage non-conforming products and support MRB activitiesConduct internal audits in line with the audit programmeMaintain quality records and inspection data within the QMSUse metrology equipment including CMM and FARO ArmSupport calibration control and management of calibrated equipmentAssist with corrective action activities, root cause investigations, and continuous improvementAbout You35 years experience as a Quality Inspector or Technician within electro-mechanical manufacturingStrong ability to interpret mechanical and electrical xjdpvnf engineering drawingsExperience working within ISO9001 or similar quality systemsHands-on experience with CMM, FARO Arm, and general measurement equipmentFamiliar with MRB processes, non-conformance management, and inspection data collectionConfident using Office 365 and MRP/ERP systems (D365 advantageous)Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionallyThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing quality team within a technically advanced manufacturing environment
