This is a leadership role suited to someone who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to manage and inspire high-performing data teams.You will be responsible for shaping the BI strategy, ensuring high-quality data governance, and delivering actionable insights that support business growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of BI developers and analystsDefine and execute the Business Intelligence roadmap and data strategyDesign and oversee scalable data models and reporting frameworksDeliver advanced dashboards and reports using Power BIWrite and optimise complex SQL queries for analytics and reportingEnsure compliance with GDPR and best-practice data governance standardsOversee and support implementation of MDM (Master Data Management) toolsWork closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, and Commercial teamsCollaborate on data integration initiatives, including exposure to SAP environmentsEnsure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systemsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a Senior BI / BI Manager / Data Analytics leadership roleStrong hands-on expertise xjdpvnf in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, performance optimisation)Advanced SQL skillsDemonstrated experience leading and developing technical teamsStrong understanding of GDPR and data governance frameworksExperience with MDM tools and data management best practicesExposure to SAP data structures and integrationExcellent data modelling skills (conceptual, logical, physical modelling)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
