Youll be employed by MI5,but youll be based and work predominantly with people at GCHQ.Occasional UK travel may be required and, if youre interested,international travel may also be an option depending on businessneeds.About youAs well as demonstrable line management experience, youll be aqualified Occupational Health Advisor registered with NMC Part 1 with good knowledge of occupational health and employmentlegislation. You will be an experienced Senior Occupational HealthAdvisor, who has previously managed an Occupational Health team andworked within a wider multi-disciplinary team.Youll have experience managing diverse and complex caseloads,including supporting both physical and mental health needs, and usinganalytical skills youll be able to make evidence-based decisions andprovide effective solutions.
