This is a brand-new role, which would suit someone who enjoys working with people and supporting positive change. On-top of delivering engaging training sessions, youll support the rollout of new technology and processes, acting as the SME for business process support.As an IT Training Analyst, you will also provide occasional second-line support where queries relate to how systems or processes should be used. You will also support onboarding of new joiners with introductory training on core systems and firmwide processes.This role will be primarily on-site for the probationary period, with the opportunity for hybrid working once you are settled.Key responsibilities:As part of a team, help deliver the IT Training Strategy.Design and deliver training material in various different formatsMonitor and assess staff knowledge absorption and the effectiveness of trainingDesign and deliver training feedback evaluations for all training formatsProvide effective post implementation user support for system change projects,Administer training courses,Core skills & experience for this role:Ideally experience in a similar IT Training and Support roleExperience working within the Legal sector would be beneficialExperience of providing IT SupportExperience providing training on complex systems.Passion for learning and developmentStrong technical knowledge of multiple software applicationsUnderstanding of key training tools and technology to design and deliver trainingRelevant training certifications would be desirableFull drivers licence and own car is requiredPackage:Flexible and hybrid workingA clear progression framework with individual career and development plansA range of benefits including pension, life cover, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, health cash plan, staff discounts, competitive holidays (+ birthday day off) and a cycle to work schemeThe company have an excellent reputation within their sector, and have experienced consecutive years of growth.
