Job DescriptionApply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.Kinship Fostering Team Manager - Good OfstedLocation: East of EnglandSalary up to 58,959 per annumhybrid workingNonStop Consulting is looking for an experienced Fostering Team Manager who can join the Fostering Kinship and Assessment Team, for a Local Authority with a Good Ofsted rating in the East of England area.This is a hybrid role, offering you flexibility with your schedule.Responsibilities:The Fostering Kinship Team Manager will lead a stable and well-established team of Advanced Practitioners, Supervising Social Workers and Family Support Workers.You will provide strong leadership and oversight, supporting performance, staff development and training, while chairing key meetings and reviews.
