This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning systems in depth, and helping colleagues work efficiently without disruption.The RoleYou will provide day-to-day IT support across the business, supporting both general IT systems and core insurance applications including MPACS, MPORT and Smart Surv.Key Responsibilities:Providing day-to-day IT support via tickets, email and phoneTroubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issuesSupporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive)Managing user accounts, access, licences, password resets and MFASetting up laptops and equipment for new starters and role changesSupporting and troubleshooting MPACS, MPORT and Smart Surv applicationsThe PersonMinimum 2 years experience in a 1st Line IT or Application Support roleComfortable supporting Microsoft 365 in a business environmentLogical xjdpvnf and methodical approach to troubleshootingStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearlyWhats on OfferSalary 28,000 32,000 depending on experience34 days annual leave (including statutory days)Private healthcarePension 5% employee contribution / 3% employer contributionStable, supportive working environment
