Working within a strong, supportive service team, you'll play a vital role in keeping customers' agricultural and horticultural machinery performing at its best.The role:Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic software and technologyRepair and maintain modern agricultural machineryCarry out warranty, chargeable and internal repairs to a high standardLiaise professionally with customers and suppliersAdhere to health and safety best practices at all timesWork both independently and collaboratively within a skilled teamThis is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and excellent service skills are essential.The ideal candidate will possess:Proven experience within the Agricultural sector (modern machinery essential)Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsExperience working with precision farming, GPS and telematics systemsAbility to lift and handle heavy machinery safely (using specialist tools where required)Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiativeA team player with a positive, proactive attitudeFull, clean driving licenceGood general health and fitnessIf you're switched on, technically xjdpvnf capable, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, you'll fit right in.What's on offer:Competitive salary (dependent on experience)Company van and mobile phoneOvertime paid at time and a half (after 39 hours)32 days annual leave including bank holidaysCompany Sick Pay SchemeWorkplace PensionEmployee Referral Bonus SchemeIf this is of interest and you have the required skills and experience then apply for an informal discussion.
