This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver a modern cloud and infrastructure strategy within an international organisation undergoing significant transformation.If you enjoy staying close to the tech while leading people and driving real change, this role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership, cloud strategy, and delivery ownership.As Group Infrastructure Manager you will take ownership of the Groups infrastructure roadmap, helping move a hybrid estate toward a modern cloud-first model. Working across multiple European locations, youll lead infrastructure transformation initiatives while managing a small team and remaining technically hands-on.What Youll Be DoingLead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and cloud platformsDrive on-prem to cloud migration programmes across a European estateDesign and manage secure, resilient hybrid environments across platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web ServicesOversee infrastructure security, resilience, and compliance (including Cyber Essentials Plus)Manage suppliers, risks, and service performance reportingSupport business continuity and disaster recovery planningProvide technical leadership while line-managing 3 engineers within a team of 6Promote cyber security awareness and best practice across the organisationSkills & ExperienceProven experience delivering on premises to cloud migration programmesStrong hands-on background in hybrid infrastructure and cloud platformsA leader who remains technically engaged alongside management responsibilities xjdpvnf Experience managing infrastructure strategy, service desk operations, and suppliersSolid networking and systems knowledge (e.g. Cisco technologies, Windows Server, M365 / Entra ID)Wed love to see any of the following certifications although not essential:Azure Administrator or Architect (AZ-104 / AZ-305) or equivalent AWS certificationITIL v4 FoundationCyber Essentials / ISO 27001 exposureCCNA or similar networking certificationIf youre an Infrastructure Leader ready to take ownership of a complex, evolving environment and drive meaningful change, we would love to hear from you!
