Job DescriptionPlease read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Be the master of your own code building brand new SaaS productsLead Software Developer95 100k basicHybrid once a week in Portsmouth office and 4 days WFHWe are looking for a minimum of 3 Lead Developers for this companyYour new opportunityA key member of the Software Development team, youll technically lead projects from design to implementation.Youll still be hands on but will also be involved in the important, strategic conversations and will bring your creative thinking and ideas to the table, always looking at the bigger picture and whats next.To be successful in this role, youll be a high performing individual with expertise in both JavaScript and TypeScript full stack development.Your new organisationYoull be joining a global SaaS technology organisation that is the market leader in their sector. They are passionate about software and technology and are continually striving to be better and stay clear of their competitors.Although extremely well established with a huge customer base, they are continuing to grow and develop new products whilst embracing AI and its capabilities.What youll bringAs a well established Lead Developer, youll have both a technical and commercial mindset when it comes to designing and building systems. Other skills and knowledge youll bring:Experience across all areas of full stack development and ideally in large scale SaaS platforms.Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.Other technical knowledge required includes NodeJS, Vue, SQL Server.Forward thinking approach to producing quality software development and utilising AI.Experience of working in mature CI/CD environments and following DevSecOps methodologies.Whats in it for you?This is an opportunity for someone passionate about technology who wants to join a fast-growing SaaS company.Salary for this role is 95,000 100,000 basic. Its a hybrid role with one day a week in the Portsmouth office and 4 days from home.
